Shipping policy

Nelson Lighting strive to make your online ordering as easy as possible, including delivery. All items in stock are usually dispatched within 2-7 working days and usually have a 1-3 working day lead time once dispatched. Very occasionally items can be out of stock and we will always inform you via email of this, with the choice of waiting for the goods, exchanging for other goods or cancelling the order.  

We would always advise to book a qualified electrician once the goods have been received and not before, as we are unable to cover any electricians charges if goods arrive later than expected.

We require any claim based on defect in quality or condition of the products or any shortages on delivery to be notified via email within 3 days of receipt of the item - if any damages or shortages are reported later than this, replacements will be chargeable.
