RETURNS AND FAULTS POLICY
All products carry a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee.
Please note, any returns reported after the 14 day period (after dispatch) will be an exchange or a credit note only.
The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with lamps.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours.
Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier at our expense.
Any items to be returned due to unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means.
Please retain your proof of postage.
REPORTING A RETURN

To return goods you will need to complete the returns form. Please click on link below to download.
Once authorisation has been given by our customer service team the goods can be returned.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
All goods must be returned packaged in an outer box not just in the product box.
Any items returned in just the product box will not be refunded.
The fittings must be returned by yourself (at customers expense), unused and unwired and in their original, unmarked packaging. All parts must be included with your return, including instructions, fixing brackets, connector blocks, fixing screws, etc.
We would always recommend returning your parcel recorded delivery.
Once goods have been received back to our warehouse they will be inspected and examined.
Please send all fittings back in an outer box and in additional packaging – if the original packing of the fitting is defaced in any way, a refund cannot be given.
Please note, single fittings over a value of £750 will incur a 20% restocking charge, if returned.
